Who we are

VIBESTART TECHNOLOGIES SRL, CUI 55255338, registered with the Trade Register under number J2026045186008, with its registered office at Str. Principală 76, 557095, sat Gura Râului, Sibiu county, Romania, is the controller of the personal data described below.

What we collect, and why

The contact form is the only place this site collects personal data. When you send it, we receive your name, your email address and your message, so that we can reply to you.

Your IP address is used only to limit how many messages can be sent in a minute, as protection against abuse. It is not saved: it stays in the server’s memory for 60 seconds and is then gone.

The site does not store your message. It is passed straight to our inbox.

Legal basis

We process your name, email and message under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We process your IP address under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in keeping the form working.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your data to anyone. The site depends on three providers to work:

• Resend — email delivery, on servers in the European Union (eu-west-1).
• Google — messages arrive in a Gmail inbox, so their content is processed by Google LLC in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Vercel — website hosting and server request logs.

How long we keep it

We keep messages received through the form for 24 months after our last exchange, then delete them. If the conversation leads to a project, the data belonging to that contract is kept for as long as the law requires us to keep records. The IP address is gone after 60 seconds.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict how we process it, to receive it in a portable form, and to object to processing. For any of these, write to hello@vibestart.ro. Requests sent to contact@vibestart.ro or through the contact form are also recorded and acted on. We answer within one month.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP), B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Bucharest — anspdcp.ro.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does not track you. The only thing saved in your browser is whether you prefer the light or dark theme, which you set yourself by pressing the theme button. Our fonts are self-hosted, so browsing this site sends nothing to outside servers.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date above. The version published here is always the one in force.
